HVAC and Plumbing Install Coordinator Full Time (California)

Location: Elk Grove, CA
Pay Range: $22$27 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

The HVAC and Plumbing Install Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting residential and/or light commercial installation projects. This role ensures that installers have what they need, customers are informed, and jobs move smoothly from booking to completion. Youll be the communication hub between customers, installers, warehouse, and management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation jobs, ensuring efficient routing and workload balance
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, arrival windows, required access, and preparation steps
  • Prepare job packets, permits, equipment lists, and documentation
  • Confirm equipment availability and coordinate with warehouse for staging and delivery
  • Support installers with realtime updates, job changes, and customer communication
  • Track job progress, update ServiceTitan, and close out completed jobs
  • Follow up on missing paperwork, photos, or job notes
  • Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets company and state standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ year experience in HVAC, construction, dispatching, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with scheduling software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage shifting priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating HVAC installations specifically
  • Knowledge of permits, inspections, and California building/HVAC requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
