Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC system installations using Service Titan
  • Review sales proposals in Service Titan for accuracy
  • Coordinate with warehouse and install teams for job staging and load-outs
  • Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes
  • Communicate with customers from post-sale through installation
  • Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues
  • Coordinate inspections and job close-out
  • Follow up and try to close unsold proposals

Qualifications:


  • Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos in Service Titan
  • High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred)
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred)
  • Experience with permits and inspections
