Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Position Summary: To coordinate the installation operations of the company which includes overseeing the daily dispatch of the crews, ordering, and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions. Additionally, this role will work with inspectors , job costing, and pulling permits for each job. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Candidate must be familiar with all applicable codes and ensure work is done properly, within allotted timelines and on budget.

Pay: $20-30 per hour

Work Hours: Mon- Fri 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schedule may vary. Some weekend work as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Experience in the HVAC field preferred
  • Both service and install experience preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
  • Management experience in a trade industry. HVAC preferred
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in permitting for HVAC trades
  • Experience in job costing
  • Experience working with and scheduling Inspection for HVAC jobs
  • Familiarity will all applicable codes preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Able to communicate in Spanish is helpful
