We're hiring a Sales/Install Coordinator in New Orleans to keep our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator projects moving smoothly from the initial sale through installation and completion across multiple Louisiana parishes.

What You'll Do

As a Sales/Install Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects move seamlessly from the sales process through installation and final completion.

Install Administration

  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator installations with customers and installation teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their experience was a positive one
  • Coordinate responses with the sales team & or install team.
  • Provide real-time updates to customers to ensure that any issues are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM.
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and customers experience a smooth installation process.

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team by preparing installation paperwork and coordinating sold jobs.
  • Verify financing approvals, contracts, and required documentation before scheduling.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, scheduling, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations to ensure materials and equipment are available.
  • Monitor sold jobs to ensure timely progression from sale to installation.
  • Assist with change orders, customer communications, and scheduling adjustments.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, comfort advisors, installers, and office staff to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating installations or supporting a sales team is preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong follow-through.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Tuesday. – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $18–$21 per hour
