Position: Install Coordinator

 Reports To: Residential Production Manager

 Department: Operations

 Location: Landmark Roofing Headquarters

 Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Overview

The Install Coordinator is a key support role within the Landmark Roofing’s Operations Department. This position helps keep jobs moving smoothly by handling administrative and logistical tasks that support the production lifecycle - from permitting and documentation to scheduling final walkthroughs and communicating with homeowners. This individual ensures accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism across the production process, helping the Production Manager and field crews stay organized and on schedule.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage job documentation, filing, data entry, and production tracking spreadsheets
  • Request and track permits from counties and municipalities
  • Prepare and issue warranties as part of the job closeout process
  • Schedule final walkthroughs between homeowners and internal team members
  • Communicate job progress to homeowners via phone, email, and mail
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and trade partners
  • Assist the Production Manager in anticipating material or scheduling needs
  • Support checklist completion for job readiness and administrative compliance
  • Perform other administrative and operational support functions as assigned
