We are currently seeking Licensed Service Plumbers for our Bridgeview, Hobart, and Elgin locations. If you view your trade as a long-term career and want to work for a company that invests in your success, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Service Plumber at Four Seasons, you will:
  • Run an average of 4-5 residential service calls per day
  • Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
  • Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Deliver a First-Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training
  • Provide consistent 5-star customer service
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Pay & Benefits
Compensation
  • On-target earnings up to $150,000+ annually
  • Overtime available after 40 hours per week
  • Bi-weekly paychecks

  • Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements
