EJ Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning. We have serviced Santa Clara and the surrounding Bay Area since 2006. We are looking for an Install Coordinator to join our team! This role involves overseeing project timelines for plumbing and electrical installations, ensuring clear communication between customers, installation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing project quality, preparing customers for installation steps, tracking project progress, and assisting with administrative tasks like pulling permits, managing purchase orders, and tracking job costs. The coordinator will also assist with data entry, payment collection, and accounts receivable, ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams. Pay: $28.00-30.00/HR
