Salary/ Rate of Pay: $20+ DOE

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to join our team at Brody Pennell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of HVAC installation projects, ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation projects, including managing timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing project progress.
  • Team Management: Liaise with HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure that installation teams are properly equipped and informed about project requirements.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation schedules, project updates, and any issues or concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, work orders, and customer communications. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the installation process to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the installation process promptly and effectively.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and ready for each installation project.
