We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention.  As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our teams and uphold our mission of excellence. 

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Manager to lead and oversee our installation department. This role is perfect for a strong leader who knows residential plumbing inside and out, keeps jobs running smoothly, and knows how to motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

You’ll be responsible for managing installers, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead residential plumbing installation crews
  • Ensure installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
  • Oversee job progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in the field
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
  • Work closely with sales, dispatch, and service teams
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment readiness
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Enforce safety policies and best practices
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7+ years in the plumbing trade 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
  • Service Titan experience is a plus but not required 
  • Physically able to lift and carry materials.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
