Job Title: Installation Helper – Polyaspartic Coating
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Crew Leader / Installation Supervisor / Ops Manager
Compensation: $20-$24 per Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Installation Helper to assist with the preparation and application of polyaspartic coatings on residential, commercial, and industrial surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, physically fit, and eager to learn a skilled trade in the flooring and surface finishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead installers in surface preparation tasks, including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning.
  • Help mix and apply epoxy coatings, sealants, and other surface treatments.
  • Move and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies before and after each job.
  • Perform post-installation cleanup and basic maintenance of tools.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous construction, polyaspartic, painting, flooring, or epoxy experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
