INSTALLER (No Experience Needed)

Lakewood, WA | Full-Time | $22 - $26/hour

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Installer, you'll play a key role in bringing our custom graphics and signage projects to life. From vehicle wraps and window graphics to interior signage and custom POP materials, you'll work on a variety of hands-on installation projects.

No installation experience is required – we're willing to train the right candidate!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to installation sites in company vehicles, independently or with a team.
  • Install signs, graphics, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and other visual products according to customer specifications.
  • Use basic hand and power tools to complete a variety of installation projects.
  • Measure, cut, trim, and apply graphics to a variety of surfaces.
  • Complete site surveys by taking accurate measurements and identifying installation requirements.
  • Perform installations using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts while following all safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment on job sites.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience:

  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • No prior installation experience required

Required Competencies:

  • Flexible availability, primarily daytime hours, with occasional evenings or weekends
  • Enjoys hands-on, physical work
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
  • Willing to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent reaching, bending, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts and scaffolding
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
