Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Junior Installer to join our team working on kitchen remodeling projects in the Bergen County area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead installer with kitchen remodeling tasks including new cabinet installation, cabinet refacing / re-dooring.
  • Transport all necessary job materials to jobsite as needed in Kitchen Tune-Up vehicle.
  • Setup floor and other protection at start of job.
  • Demolition / removal of kitchen cabinets, doors, hardware as required at each job.
  • Demolition of backsplash and flooring as required at each job.
  • Keep work area and customers' homes clean and orderly and clean up daily.

Skills:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current NJ driver's license and ability to drive Kitchen Tune-Up van.
  • Must have a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
  • Willingness to pitch in and help with tasks such as cleanup, trash disposal etc.
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to interact with customers on a friendly and professional level.

Hands on, on the job training will be provided for the right candidate who can bring a positive, can-do attitude to support our team of installers in the field
