In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects related to add-on replacements of HVAC equipment. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Reports to: (Title/Division)Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in Installation and Replacement: Collaborate with senior HVAC technicians to perform the installation and replacement of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other related equipment. Prepare Work Area: Help prepare work areas by setting up equipment, tools, and materials required for the installation or replacement process. Ensure a clean and organized workspace before and after the project. Material Handling: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transport of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Safely handle heavy equipment and materials. Equipment Assembly: Assist in assembling and connecting HVAC components, such as ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and control systems, following established guidelines and specifications.
