Full-Time | $80,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems is seeking an experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Install Manager to lead residential new-construction HVAC operations throughout Northwest Michigan. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating field teams, managing builder relationships, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities
  • Oversee residential HVAC new construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with builders, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review blueprints, specifications, scopes of work, and construction documents
  • Monitor labor utilization, job costs, budgets, and project profitability
  • Conduct jobsite visits to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and project progress
