Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to oversee and coordinate all HVAC installation projects within our organization. The HVAC Install Manager will be responsible for managing a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Certification or license in HVAC installation is preferred
