As an Installation Manager, you'll drive successful project execution, ensuring that every installation meets our high standards, customer expectations, and budget goals. The Install Manager directs the company's install partners and their crews throughout the installation process to provide guidance and advice on a daily basis to ensure implementation of related management policies. You'll oversee the full installation process with the backing of a company that provides weekly pay, a company vehicle, and corporate support.

The Role:

Job Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role
  • Home improvement installation experience (roofing is a plus!)
  • 2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel
  • Typical work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workload
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record is required
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset)
  • Willingness to become forklift certified
  • Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
