CST - Tool Install / ICT - Interconnect / ISEP - Industrial Safety & Environmental Protection Managers

TSMC Arizona is looking for CST - Tool Install Manager(s), ICT - Interconnect Manager(s) and Industrial Safety & Envirnomental Protection Manager(s) to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As an CST, ICT, ESH Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
CST Tool Install Manager (Central Startup Team)
Responsibilities include:
  • Experience with gas/chemical/electricity hookup installation for semiconductor tools.
  • Accountable for executing projects.
  • Schedule, plan, and conduct project meetings.

Interconnect Manager
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage Interconnection projects with layout design, local regulation study, contract vendor management, and hands-on work.
  • Interconnection scope include all Fab tools and AMHS system.
  • Work with tool supplier and interconnection contract vendor to design and plan interconnection to fulfill tool installation need.
  • Hands-on work with electrical, PCW, UPW, Chemical, and Plastic utility systems.

ISEP Manager (Also called LIfe Safety Systems)
Responsibilities include:
  • Work with HQ to establish Corporate Environmental Safety & Health Policy, Roadmap, Goals and KPIs for AZ site
  • Establish appropriate ESH Management System (e.g. ISO 14001/45001), including procedure & C.I.
  • Keep monitoring/identifying local legal ESH regulations, standards, codes and implement to all related dept.
  • Represent TSMC AZ to communicate ESH regulations, or other affairs with external stakeholders including government, investors, customers, NGOs etc.

Requirements are:
  • 2 years of experience in people management & development
  • 8 years of overall experience in semiconductor industry
  • BS degree in an engineering field
  • Weekend on-duty and phone availability during off-work hours

Please Note: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. This position is located on-site at our Phoenix, AZ Fab21: 5088 W Innovation Cir. Phoenix, AZ. This position will require training both in Arizona and overseas in Taiwan for a short period of time. #LI-Onsite
