About the Role

Bumble Bee Home Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Install Lead to oversee and execute residential plumbing installation projects. In this role, you'll lead installations from start to finish, mentor installers, and ensure every job meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be DoingInstallation Leadership
  • Lead and execute residential plumbing installations, including piping, fixtures, appliances, and related systems. 
  • Plan, organize, and manage installation projects to ensure efficient use of time, materials, and labor.
  • Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges on-site with confidence and professionalism.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Install Helpers to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance. 
  • Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork on every job.
     
Customer Experience
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining project scope, timelines, and progress. 
  • Deliver a professional, positive experience from start to finish.
     
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for installations, materials, and timelines.
  • Address post-installation follow-ups and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
     
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Installation Manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
     
What We're Looking ForExperience
  • Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
  • Proven experience leading a team or managing installation projects.
     
Skills
  • Expert knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Clear communication and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Clean driving record required.
     
Working Conditions
  • Residential job sites including new construction and renovations.
  • Physical work including lifting, standing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs.
