Job Summary

Manages inside sales accounts by building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinates account strategies, benchmarks sales performance, and defines key objectives to maximize business opportunities. Advises with managers to develop tactical and operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality and consistency in account management practices.

  • Manages the inside sales team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales targets.
  • Establishes strategic priorities and adapts departmental plans to address operational challenges and resource needs effectively.
  • Ensures quality of sales processes by monitoring performance metrics, addressing customer concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance service levels.
  • Coordinates processes and assignments to optimize team efficiency, ensure timely responses to client inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Executes targeted sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and expand the organization’s market presence.
  • Advises senior leadership on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Defines project terms and sales strategies to ensure clear objectives and deliverables for the team and clients.
  • Evaluates performance of team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to enhance skills and drive results.
  • Hires and develops talent within the inside sales team, ensuring the team possesses the expertise and capabilities to meet organizational goals.
