Job description

Description
Will be responsible for supporting customers and working with our manufacturers' representatives. Responsibilities include quoting existing part numbers and working with engineering to define special product requirements, performing related quote and order preparation and data entry, quote follow-up, expediting orders, and problem resolution. The Inside Salesperson serves as the liaison between our customers and Engineering, Accounting, Production, Shipping, Costing/Pricing, and Quality.
Customer service is the focus of this position, involving customer interaction via email and telephone, in person during customer visits to our facility, and may involve travel including overnight absences from home and office.
