Our client is looking to hire an inside sales manager for their team! Our client is a leading service center in providing steel products and services like blanking, slitting, and toll processing to various industries!
The inside sales manager would be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the inside sales department.
Qualified candidates would have experience at least 3 year of experience with managing an inside sales team, and a manufacturing background.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the Inside Sales Department
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
- Train and mentor inside sales and support staff
- Provide guidance and support for daily operational questions
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other internal departments
- Manage and maintain key customer accounts
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Forecast demand and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Oversee inventory management related to customer requirements
- Coordinate closely with outside sales representatives
- Prepare and process documentation to ensure smooth workflow between departments
