Inside Sales Manager

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of inside sales representatives to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention objectives. This role serves as a critical link between the inside and outside sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient sales operations, and seamless support for outside sales representatives. The Inside Sales Manager oversees daily sales activities, establishes performance metrics, implements sales strategies, and collaborates with marketing, customer service, and outside sales teams to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Support outside sales representatives by providing timely quotes, product information, order assistance, and customer follow-up.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and CRM reporting.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and training programs to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
