$25–$28 per hour | Full-Time | Potential Complimentary Housing Available

We are a highly rated boutique inn in the heart of Union County, New Jersey. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Inn Manager to oversee daily operations and help create exceptional experiences for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional—or a highly motivated candidate with strong customer service and leadership skills—who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and being part of a welcoming boutique property. For the right candidate, complimentary condominium accommodation may be available.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily front desk and guest service operations

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures

• Manage reservations, guest communications, and phone inquiries

• Ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain high property standards

• Oversee breakfast service and guest common areas

• Respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and special requests

• Monitor inventory and operational supplies

• Maintain accurate records and process guest payments

• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the inn

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality, hotel, inn, management, customer service, or related experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

• Weekend and holiday availability as required
