Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure & Virtualization Management: Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware vSphere/ESXi environments to support a high-performance software development environment.

  • Core Network & Identity Services: Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, network infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols.

  • Automation & Optimization: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes, improve infrastructure efficiency, and streamline workflows.

  • Environment & Endpoint Support: Oversee endpoint management and security, and support Dev/Test environments for software development teams.

  • Business Continuity: Maintain infrastructure monitoring, system backups, and disaster recovery protocols.


Required Skills (Must-Haves)
  • Cloud & Virtualization: Proven experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, and VMware vSphere / ESXi.

  • Systems Administration: Strong background in Windows and Linux server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

  • Networking & Security: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls) and endpoint security administration.
