Job description

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across data centre and cloud environments. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of core platforms including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and identity services. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems across on-premise and cloud environments.

Deploy and support servers, virtual machines, and enterprise applications. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support change management processes. Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and system availability.

Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, automation initiatives, and cloud adoption. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure. Experience with server administration, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.

Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, backup/recovery, and automation tools. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills. Degree or diploma in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
