Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Solution Architect specializing in ITSM and Monitoring. The role involves architecting end-to-end solutions using BMC Helix ITSM Suite and designing monitoring and observability strategies with various tools, ensuring alignment with ITIL and enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
• Architect end to end solutions using BMC/Helix ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB.
• Design monitoring and observability strategies using BMC Truesight/ BHOM/ AIOps, Dynatrace, including dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and Davis AI insights.
• Create SAM (Software Asset Management) and license optimization solutions using Flexera.
• Develop integration architecture between Helix, Dynatrace, Flexera, and external systems via APIs, web services, and event frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL, enterprise architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong hands on expertise in BMC Helix ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Service Request Management
• Smart IT, Digital Workplace (DWP)
• Deep understanding of BMC Helix CMDB: Data model, reconciliation rules, normalization
• CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping
• Experience with BMC Helix Discovery and service models
• Advanced experience with BMC Helix Operations -AIOps and Dynatrace: ServiceOps and AI Agents on APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring
• Ability to design end to end observability architectures across apps, infrastructure, and cloud
• Architect end to end solutions using BMC/Helix ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB
• Design monitoring and observability strategies using BMC Truesight/ BHOM/ AIOps, Dynatrace, including dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and Davis AI insights
