  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Maintain cloud governance practices, support cost optimization efforts, and ensure security compliance within the Azure environment.
  • Oversee identity and access management (IAM) strategies using Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID including MFA, conditional access, and SSO.

  • Escalate and track vendor-related incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with partners during events to ensure connectivity and performance expectations are met.
  • Participate in vendor roadmap reviews and hardware refresh planning; provide technical input on upgrade cycles and ensure third-party solutions continue to meet operational needs.

Monitoring, Backup & Reliability
  • Implement and manage comprehensive network and platform monitoring solutions to ensure real-time visibility into infrastructure health, performance, and availability across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Define alerting thresholds, dashboards, and escalation workflows for proactive incident detection and resolution.
  • Own and maintain enterprise backup and data protection strategies, including tools, schedules, retention policies, and regular recovery testing for all critical systems.
  • Ensure monitoring and backup coverage spans the full environment - network infrastructure, Azure cloud workloads, Microsoft 365 services, and on-premises systems.

DevOps & Platform Support
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to support infrastructure needs for applications and services.
  • Monitor and right-size Azure cloud resources in partnership with DevOps to optimize performance and control costs, including compute, storage, and networking spend.
  • Serve as a hands-on technical resource in cross-functional planning sessions and architecture discussions, contributing practical infrastructure expertise.

Operations & Team Leadership
