Job Description

Industrial Engineering contractors will support production stability by implementing lean methodologies, assessing rate readiness, improving facility footprint, and applying root cause analysis and process improvements to optimize product and workflow. The role partners with manufacturing, engineering, and production support teams to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include capacity planning, staffing forecasts, recovery planning, analytics, and work measurement studies.

Basic Qualifications

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
