About the Opportunity

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Ocoee, FL to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. This role includes both initial patient assessments and routine skilled nursing visits, with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided.

This position is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently, experienced in home health, and skilled in completing thorough, accurate clinical documentation that supports patient care planning.

This role requires strong documentation skills. RN visit notes and assessments are used to:

  • Support the development and revision of the patient's Plan of Care

Attention to detail and timely completion of notes is essential.


Requirements
  • License: Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
  • Home Health Experience: Strongly preferred

  • Compliance: CPR certification and Level II background screening
  • Transportation: Ability to travel to patient homes
