Job description


Inbound Sales Supervisorresponsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Recruit, train, educate, and nurture your team to become professional lead conversion experts and improve conversation/meetings percentage.
  • Coach and mentor your team to ensure their ongoing success and career progression potential; provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing team environment; support team in resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Coordinate training and ensure compliance with all department processes, procedures, and corporate policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the sales process; Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis on conversion and close rates by lead type to identify trends and opportunities; set and track sales targets and quotas for the team.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel and internal teams, including marketing, operations, and sales.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with sales and account management teams to connect qualified leads.
  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly lead, conversion rates and sales goals.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High School diploma, GED; a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or other relevant academic discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years sales experience, preferably in an inbound sales environment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • 1+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role leading high performance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, provide constructive feedback, instruction, and development guidance to individuals and a team.
  • Results-oriented leader who defines and manages achievement of performance objectives.
  • Self-starter with a history of great decision making, planning, and execution to attain results.
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
  • Social selling capability - and the ability to coach and guide a team on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and maintain discretion on confidential matters while maintaining a positive attitude and providing unmatched customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
