As a Project Manager within the Partner Ecosystems team, you will play a meaningful role leading partner enablement and onboarding efforts across all of Apple product lines for Device Enrollment. You will contribute to a wide range of activities including leading partner integration projects in coordination with various global and regional teams. In addition, you will play a critical role in crafting and implementing Apple’s next generation partner integration and collaboration platform.
Description
The Partner Ecosystems & Programs team works with Channel Partners to integrate their systems with Apple’s to support various programs. This position supports Apple’s Device Enrollment Program, which provides a fast, streamlined way to deploy and supervise institutionally owned devices by automating mobile device management enrollment. Your work will enable channel partners to provide the benefit of device enrollment to corporate and institution customers. You are a leader and facilitator who is dynamic, driven, organized, and detail-oriented. You excel in program and project management, communicate with ease at all levels, thrive in ambiguous environments, and are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Some travel may be required.","responsibilities":"Manage channel partners through the integration process by educating their project teams on the business, technical, accounting, and legal requirements of the program.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to establish integration timelines and manage expectations with future partners.
Conduct workshops with select partners to facilitate discussions around implementing the program into their business, understanding their strategy, systems, and impacted processes.
Provide consultation on scalable system and process design to maximize efficiency, improve the customer experience, and minimize manual processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Knowledge of enterprise software and integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web services, FTP, and web portals.
Project management background with a focus on enterprise tools or systems.
Experience in two or more of the following areas: B2B API Integration (JSON), B2B or B2C sales and account management, sales operations and process management, or business process re-engineering.
Proficiency with macOS and productivity applications, including Keynote, Pages, FileMaker, and Excel.
Familiarity with subscription services and invoicing.
Experience with writing technical and program documentation.
Track record of presenting technical and business requirements to cross-functional teams and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex integration issues and operational escalations.
Background in managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,900 and $224,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
