Job Overview:
Pay Range: $93.20hr - $98.20hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects.
  • Proven experience managing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) implementation projects, preferably involving Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning solutions.
  • Experience managing reporting and analytics projects involving Snowflake, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply chain planning, business intelligence, and ERP integrations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Reporting, Business Intelligence, and ERP teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, initiate, and manage the end-to-end Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) implementation project as the IT Project Manager.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage the delivery of reporting and analytics workstreams, including Snowflake data integration, Tableau dashboards, and Power BI reporting solutions supporting production planning and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and ensure delivery of meaningful operational and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate data integration activities between Blue Yonder, ERP systems, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.
  • Drive project governance, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining project quality.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security policies, data governance, and implementation standards.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, ERP, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Oversee testing activities, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and maintain scheduling flexibility.
  • Support additional PMO initiatives and enterprise IT projects as assigned.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or other Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Experience with Snowflake data platform, Tableau, and Power BI reporting implementations.
  • Experience integrating Blue Yonder with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based implementations (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), finite capacity scheduling, and production planning processes.
  • Background in enterprise software implementation, systems integration, data warehousing, or supply chain transformation programs.
