The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager with experience in healthcare tech to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations.
 
Please note: This role is hybrid - candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area only will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance to align our solutions with their requirements.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our software.
  • Customization and Configuration: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to customize and configure our software solutions to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any implementation-related issues or challenges, providing timely resolutions to maintain project momentum. 
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements for future reference and improvement.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Working across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new products.
What Success Looks Like
In the First 90 days, you will:
  • Complete the Healthcare Financial Management Association CRCR training with a passing score.
  • Successfully complete the Collectly Implementation Manager onboarding program.
  • Develop a strong foundational understanding of the Collectly platform, including core workflows and capabilities.
  • Gain fluency in the Collectly Implementation Framework and delivery methodology.
Within the First Two Quarters, You Will:
  • Successfully lead and deliver at least three customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of implementation nuances across Collectly's product lines, including Post-Service, Time of Service, and Pre-Service.
  • Build proficiency with implementation tools, systems, and best practices to drive efficient, high-quality deployments.
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project information clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients while understanding their unique needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models, system integrations (e.g., APIs, EHR/PM systems), data migration, and configuration best practices. Demonstrates an understanding of scalable implementation approaches and client onboarding in a SaaS environment.
