Required Skills:
Minimum five (5) years' experience as a scrum master in IT system development projects on a system with over 5,000 users, a multi-year (2+) project, involving multiple concurrent sprint teams, and with multiple iterations/production releases.
Minimum three (3) years' experience as a scrum master in IT system integration projects on a system with over 5,000 users, a multi-year (2+) project, involving multiple concurrent sprint teams, and with multiple iterations/production releases.
Minimum two (2) years' of experience in leading geographically distributed virtual teams with at least 10 team members.
Minimum four (4) years' of experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Minimum three (3) years' of experience working within an Agile or Hybrid Agile development project.
Possession of a *Bachelor's degree. (Need copy of Bachelor degree)
Desired Skills:
Current *Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
Current *Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Current* SAFe Agilist (PMI-ACP) certification.
