The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with technical knowledge of POS systems and payment processing. They are comfortable managing multiple implementations while assisting with system configuration, hardware staging, installations, merchant training, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support.

  • Execute remote and on-site installations ensuring all POS technologies (e.g., terminals, printers, payment peripherals) are configured with merchant-specific settings. Validate site installation readiness using connectivity tests and checklist audits prior to installation and in alignment with merchant go-live targets. Coordinate with logistics and field service teams to align installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network configuration issues throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Train and assist merchant staff during go-live, offering real-time troubleshooting, operational guidance, and best practices for POS usage.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing support. Monitor and resolve post-deployment issues during live transition including database configurations, technical blockers, and training.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in POS systems, SaaS onboarding, or payment processing within the payment or hospitality/retail technology industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred

Working Conditions
  • Combination of office-based, remote, and customer-site work, depending on implementation schedules and business needs.
  • Regular travel to customer locations for on-site installations, training, and implementation support, including occasional overnight travel as business needs require.
