The Primary Role of this position is to work with Project Managers to provide support with daily activities during different phases of the project, including but not limited to open and close projects on the system of records, maintaining the Project TaskList, updating the Project Schedule, providing support with Project Costing/Forecasting, Material Purchasing, Projects updates and provide support during the bidding process. The role requires continuous interaction between the Project Team and the PM while also being responsible for gathering information to prepare reports for Project's Stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Work with the PMO Support team to open and close projects in the system of records.
  • Analyze work with PM and Engineers to review and update project schedules.
  • Work with PM and Engineers to ensure the Project Task List is updated throughout the execution of the project.
  • Gather information and analyze project revenue, cost, and profitability, including material and labor costs against project quote.
  • Work with PM, Engineers, and Major Stakeholders to complete the final MDR of the projects.
  • Provide support to update the project's system of records.
  • Schedule internal and external project meetings and project design reviews between design, manufacturing, production engineering, and sales and customer.
  • Provide support during the bidding phase of projects.
  • Provide support managing part order projects.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the manager.
