Key Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
• Manage project documentation, job costing, and daily activity tracking
• Act as liaison between project managers and preconstruction/estimating teams
• Maintain accurate reporting and data within Acumatica ERP and Excel
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Support communication and handoff across project phases
Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:
• 2–3 years of project coordination experience in construction or heavy industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data management tools
• Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred)
