Skylark Construction is now seeking an Assistant Construction Project Coordinator to join our company.
Job Summary: In this role as an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will aid the Project Coordinator in delivering the project on time. You will demonstrate integrity and professionalism when working on Skylark projects and interacting with vendors.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Process and track project documents (RFI's, submittals, plans, change orders, insurance certificates, etc.).
Communicate information to architects and subcontractors; and maintains job files.
Updates schedules. Coordinates deliveries.
Order and track material and fixture purchases
Office duties: answer phones, filing, billing, banking, assist accounting, mail, maintain calendar and appointments, company databases.
Requirements: 1-2 years construction industry experience. Advanced verbal and written skills
Accounting experience preferred
Candidates should be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Microsoft Office proficient. Good phone skills
Understanding of construction sequencing
Ability to set priorities without direction.
