Job description

Project Coordinator
Location: Houston – North Green Park
Type: Full-time
Salary circa $100K + medical benefits + project bonuses

We're partnering with a leading global projects organization seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support a major project cargo move from the USA to Africa.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone with strong experience in ocean charters, SPMT moves, tug and barge operations etc, and complex project logistics.

You'll play a key role in coordinating services with contractors, shipping lines, MWS, trucking providers, and other critical project partners to ensure seamless execution.
The role will involve site visits and off-site travel to load-out locations, ports, and client meetings, with the possibility of overseas travel as the project progresses.
