We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as your exceptional grasp of construction blueprints, attention to detail and organizational skills, will be essential in coordinating various aspects of the construction process.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors toidentify key project requirements.
  • Assistin the development of project schedules.
  • Coordinateand communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, teammembers and clients.
  • Monitorproject progress and identify potential risks.
  • Prepareand maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Conductsite visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance withsafety regulations and quality standards.
