About the Opportunity
Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Project Manager 1 to support a project team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial project management, project controls, finance, or project administration who is looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
You will work closely with Project Managers, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support the financial, commercial, and operational success of projects.

What You'll Do
  • Support the commercial and financial management of projects from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate project books, records, and financial information using systems such as SAP.
  • Support project reporting, financial tracking, forecasting, and controlling activities.
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor profitability, cash flow, and overall project performance.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
  • Support contract administration and claim management activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
  • Assist with partner and subcontractor selection and coordination.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings and decision boards.
  • Help coordinate commercial project team members and assigned responsibilities.
  • Support compliance with company policies, accounting requirements, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support small to medium-sized projects and sub-projects.
