Quanta Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Project Manager to support deployment activities for the Spectrum ERP program across Quanta's operating companies. Reporting to the Spectrum Program Director and managed day-to-day by the Program Manager, this role supports project coordination, planning, process and audit documentation, testing activities, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness efforts across multiple implementation initiatives. This position is designed for individuals looking to grow their career in ERP implementations, project management, business operations, and enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple implementation workstreams in a fast-paced environment.


Project Coordination & Support

  • Support implementation activities across Spectrum ERP projects from planning through go-live and hypercare support;
  • Assist with maintaining project plans, schedules, action logs, meeting notes, and implementation trackers;
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, and project deliverables across implementation teams;
  • Escalate risks, issues, and project concerns to the Program Manager and senior implementation leads as needed; and
  • Support reporting efforts related to project milestones, implementation progress, and status tracking.

Scheduling & Planning

  • Assist with coordination of implementation schedules across operating company deployments;
  • Support resource scheduling and project tracking activities within Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools;
  • Help monitor timelines and identify potential impacts to project milestones; and
  • Participate in implementation planning sessions, project reviews, and coordination meetings.

Process Documentation & Analysis

  • Assist with documenting current-state and future-state business processes aligned with Spectrum ERP capabilities;
  • Support development of implementation templates, trackers, and repeatable project documentation;
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, issue tracking, and testing follow-up activities; and
  • Assist with data migration preparation, validation efforts, and implementation readiness activities and documentation.

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement

  • Support communication efforts between the Spectrum team, operating company personnel, and project stakeholders;
  • Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, and implementation communications for both business and technical audiences;
  • Build collaborative relationships with operating company teams and implementation participants; and
  • Assist with coordination of workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetings.

Training & Go-Live Support

  • Support end-user training logistics and coordination activities;
  • Assist with go-live preparation, cutover planning, and readiness tracking;
  • Participate in hypercare support coordination and issue management following go-live activities; and
  • Help track implementation support items and coordinate issue resolution efforts.

Required Education and Experience

  • 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an ERP, enterprise technology, or IT implementation environment, other candidates may still be considered on a case-by-case basis;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated experience working with distributed or virtual teams and/or remote customers;
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes; and
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to operating company locations.

  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Spectrum preferred;
  • Background in construction, utilities, infrastructure, accounting, finance, or operations environments preferred;
  • Experience supporting testing, documentation, reporting, or implementation coordination activities preferred;

  • Interest in developing a long-term career in ERP project management or implementation leadership.
