beBright is seeking an organized, detail-oriented RCM Implementation Specialist to support revenue cycle implementations, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives.

Our doctor-owned and led shared services organization is centered around providing administrative and operational support with unlimited growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training and Support

· Assist with training office and central support teams on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes.

· Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and documentation.

· Provide ongoing support to practices during and after implementations.

Software Conversion and Implementation

· Support practice management system conversions, including system setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities.

· Assist with data migration, workflow configuration, and issue resolution during implementations.

· Help standardize implementation processes and documentation across practices.

Analytics and Reporting

· Prepare and maintain revenue cycle reports and KPI dashboards.

· Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.

· Assist in tracking key metrics such as accounts receivable, collections, denials, and cash flow.

Project Coordination

· Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and practice locations.

· Track implementation milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field.

· Experience supporting practice management systems or software implementations preferred.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools preferred.
