Overview:
Blessinger Legal PLLC is a boutique immigration firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan area dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex immigration process. The attorneys work diligently to ensure that every client receives top-notch representation in all aspects of their immigration case, including matters before the Immigration Court, USCIS, ICE, and federal courts.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal office. You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations while supporting the daily administrative needs of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Reception: Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Communication Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and confirm client appointments; manage firm calendars.
  • Logistics & Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
