Your Impact in This Role

As an Immigration Attorney, you'll play a key role in advocating for clients and guiding them through complex immigration processes. You'll manage cases from start to finish while mentoring support staff and ensuring high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advocacy & Case Management

  • Represent clients in EOIR court (Master & Merits Hearings)
  • Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews
  • Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings
  • Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders

Leadership & Legal Oversight

  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
  • Oversee case preparation and ensure timely filings
  • Maintain organized, compliant, and confidential case records
What We're Looking For

Core Skills: Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently Leadership mindset with team-oriented approach

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in at least one U.S. state 3+ years of immigration law experience Experience with removal defense and immigration court proceedings Background in family-based and employment-based immigration preferred
