We're Hiring: Bilingual Immigration Coordinator
Location: Brandon, SD Office

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people navigate important employment and immigration processes? PIPESTONE is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining compliance with employment authorization requirements.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and maintain immigration documentation and employee records
  • Track visa renewals, work authorizations, and compliance deadlines
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and external partners regarding documentation needs
  • Monitor upcoming expiration dates and provide proactive follow-up
  • Maintain accurate, confidential files and reporting systems
  • Support immigration-related processes and ensure audit readiness

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate degree in Administrative Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual communication skills required
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
