Weldon Law Group is a fast-growing and mission-driven law firm in Jacksonville, Florida, and we are looking for a full-time Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This is more than a front desk position — you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for clients during some of the most important moments of their lives.

We are looking for someone who is warm, energetic, professional, and highly organized. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone, helping ensure every client feels cared for, respected, and supported from the moment they contact our office.

Our office is fast-paced and team-oriented, so the ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Answering Phones and directing calls to the appropriate attorney and/or staff member
  • Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service
  • Making copies
  • Ordering supplies
  • Light calendaring functions
  • Collecting and scanning mail
  • Tracking daily/weekly/monthly client goals of the firm
  • Updating Client Welcome Packets
  • Scheduling seminars and other firm marketing engagements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Window
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be able to provide general daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Superb communication skills–both written and verbal
