About the Role:

We're looking for someone who brings a friendly, professional presence to the front office each day. From welcoming visitors to keeping things in order, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a central part of a team and making things run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls- providing basic information as needed.
  • Monitor office access and maintain visitor logs.
  • Ensure common areas (lobby, kitchen, conference rooms) remain clean and organized.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Drive daily to pick up and drop off mail (mileage reimbursed).
  • Track and restock office supplies.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, vendor payments, and internal coordination.
  • Support employee engagement activities and occasional meeting setup.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
