Location:     Santa Clara, CA (5 Days onsite and must go for Face-to-Face interview)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy

Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership

Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants

Execution & Delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively

Governance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
