About the Role
KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator, Costpoint Boundary Applications, to join the Enterprise Systems team. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and operational reliability of Deltek Costpoint and associated boundary applications, including Deltek Cobra, Cognos, RFgen, and other enterprise platforms. Working closely with senior team members, developers, and infrastructure teams, the Enterprise Application Administrator provides advanced troubleshooting, system administration, upgrade support, and access management while helping ensure application stability, security, and compliance across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and support enterprise applications including Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Cobra, and Cognos.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user access requests, system errors, and service incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and testing activities to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Administer and maintain RFgen, Datamax label printing solutions, and other assigned enterprise platforms.
  • Assist with the support and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM), Oracle APEX applications, and UiPath automations.
  • Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and user provisioning records.
  • Ensure all application changes, access requests, and administrative activities comply with established security, audit, and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in application administration, systems support, IT operations, or a related technical role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP, financial, or business-critical applications.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with established security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Deltek Costpoint or similar enterprise ERP platforms.

Technical Expertise
  • Knowledge of application administration, system configuration, and production support processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL query development.
  • Understanding of user access management, security controls, and change management principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering Deltek Cobra and Cognos.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM).
  • Experience with RFgen mobile data collection platforms and enterprise label printing environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle APEX applications and UiPath automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting government contracting environments and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ITGC, or DCAA.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations and workflow automation technologies.
