Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple HR functions and partnering with employees and management to support a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures

Assist with employee relations matters and performance management processes

Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy

Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave tracking

Assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws

Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2-4 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience preferred

Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
