A healthcare facility in Brooklyn is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team.

Requirements:
• HR experience in a nursing home
• HR degree or formal training (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage nursing staff schedules
• Handle payroll coordination & timecards
• Oversee employee benefits coordination
• Manage front desk operations
• Ensure compliance with hiring/onboarding regulations
