About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR/People Operations Specialist to support and scale our People function at Netomi. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
You will work closely with the People team, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to support core HR processes, maintain compliance, and help build scalable systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR/People Operations Specialist to help power the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This is a high-impact role at the center of the employee experience-supporting everything from onboarding and lifecycle processes to data, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
You will play a key role in helping us build a scalable, efficient, and employee-centric People function. Working closely with the EVP of Operations and partnering with the HR Generalist, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines while helping ensure our processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
